The Kayak Rental Krakowska Fala Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Kayak Rental) provides equipment for rent. Kayaking is organized by the participants on their own responsibility.
The Kayak Rental does not organise kayaking.
The Kayak Rental provides equipment for rent only to person who has reached maturity (is 18 years old at least) and could prove identity with a document with photo (for instance: ID, passport, driver’s license, student card). The Kayak Rental could refuse to rent equipment, if the customer is unreliable or is being under the influence of alcohol or others drugs.
The rental fee must be paid in PLN (in polish zloty) according to price list of Krakowska Fala Ltd.
Customers have to entry into the Book of renting before renting equipment. By making an entry Customers confirm that they have read these Regulations and takes full financial responsibility for the rented equipment.
Everyone who rent equipment is obliged to check its condition in terms of quality and quantity. Eventual comments should be directed to the person who gives out equipment.
The basic accessory of each floating equipment is a life vest, which the Customers must use from the moment they enter the platform, during the kayaking until the return of equipment and landing on the platform. Customers take full responsibility for the observance of safety rules.
Equipment returned to the Kayak Rental must be in the condition for re-renting.
Receiving and returning of the equipment is being held on the platform No. KR-03-0194 at Boulevard Inflancki (Rybaki Str.) on plot No 67/2, ambit 216 Krakow Downtown.
There is a possibility to book equipment by phone or the Internet on terms agreed with the Kayak Rental. This option applies only to organized groups and/or renting for a longer period of time.
If the equipment is not returned on time, the Kayak Rental takes an extra charge of 100% of the rental fee.
Customers under the age of 18 can swim only under the care of adults who bear full responsibility.
The Kayak Rental shall not be liable for the behaviour of the participants of kayaking, even for damage caused to other people or companies.
The Kayak Rental assumes no liability for accidents, loss of health or death of participants of kayaking.
Participants of kayaking take full responsibility for their stuff. The Kayak Rental does not take responsibility for theft, damage, vandalism including damage caused by forces of nature.
Earlier or later than the established dates, place and time for ending of the rent must be approved by the Kayak Rental.
Customers are obliged to comply with the rules and instructions given by the Kayak Rental and services authorized to it.
Any person infringing these Regulations will be required to end the swimming by rented equipment. Such persons shall not be entitled to a refund.
In case of loss, theft and irreversible destruction of equipment Customers return the equivalent of 100% of the market price, regardless of its degree of amortize.
All disputes in the first place will be resolved amicably. In case of disagreement, the matter shall be resolved by the court competent for the Kayak Rental Company.
Together with renting of equipment the customers accept these Regulations and consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Law of 29.08.1997. On the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 2002. No. 101, item. 926, as amended. D.) in the purpose of order realization (scan a document for identifying the customer).
